Job summary

Worley in Houston, TX is looking for a Specialist Process Engineer – Urea SME to lead advanced Urea process challenges on a FEED revamp project. This role emphasizes technical leadership and practical, cost-conscious solutions aligned with project objectives.

You will interpret the licensor PDP, guide FEED teams, and serve as the technical liaison to resolve PDP questions while maintaining design integrity across P&IDs, equipment specs, and control philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years engineering experience.
• Strong Urea process knowledge and licensor deliverable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Urea process SME support for FEED revamp using PDP as basis.
• Interpret PDP and guide FEED execution team.
• Verify PDP application across FEED deliverables (P&IDs, equipment specs, control philosophy).
• Support FEED milestone reviews and post-review incorporation of findings.
• Collaborate across disciplines, ensuring HSE, standards and customer specs.
