• Experience supervising staff and coordinating complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of analysts handling appointments, reappointments, merits, promotions, retentions and leaves.
• Participate in strategic planning and policy analysis.
• Provide recommendations on academic personnel procedures and compliance.
• Supervise 3 staff and ensure timelines and file compliance across 13 departments.
• Deliver high level customer service to Deans, Associate Deans, chairs and staff.
