Job summary

Lifespark Senior Living Community at Urbana Place in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a friendly Server to join our growing team. You will assist in the preparation, distribution and serving of meals while supporting a warm, resident-centered dining experience.

Experience in a senior living setting is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is desirable. Candidates should relate well with residents, families, and staff.

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
