Job summary

Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Culinary Server to join our growing team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This part-time PM position (4:00 PM–7:30 PM) includes every-other-weekend rotation and wage ranging from $15.50 to $20.50 per hour.

You will assist in food service for residents, families, and staff, set up dining areas, and help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen environment while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting preferred.
• Able to relate professionally with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room and serve and bus trays.
• Pour and cover beverages and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks and maintain a steady work pace.
• Assist in cleaning and washing dishes and related duties.
• Provide friendly, compassionate service to residents, families, and staff.

Park Gardens Senior Living is in Fergus Falls Minnesota across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Shifts Available: Part Time PM (4p-7:30p) with every other weekend rotation.
Wage:$15.50 - $20.50

In this position,you willbe responsiblefor assistingin the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being. Duties include:

Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, andassistin preparing and covering food.

Transport carts toappropriate areasand deliver trays, when applicable.

Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.

Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

Soak, scrub, scrapeand washsoiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent ispreferred.

Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’sfamilies,and employees.
