Job summary

LSL ALF LLC in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking compassionate Culinary Assistants/Servers to join our Lifespark Senior Living community. This part-time role supports meal preparation, distribution and dining-room service for residents, families and staff, helping to create a warm, respectful environment.

Shifts are Part Time Week 1 and Week 2, with every other weekend rotation; wage range is $15.50 to $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally with residents, families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour beverages, assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to provide clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

Preferred Qualifications:
