Job summary

This role focuses on Special Education instruction and collaboration with families to create effective accommodations and inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; GPA 2.5+ by start of employment.
• Must pass MA state teacher certification tests to meet MA requirements.
• Demonstrated commitment to social, emotional, and academic development of urban students.

Responsibilities

• Modify and differentiate an inclusive curriculum emphasizing diversity.
• Collaborate with families and Special Education teams to develop 504 plans and IEPs.
• Deliver pull-out, push-in, small group, and one-on-one instruction with differentiated strategies.
• Analyze student work and progress to prepare for annual IEP meetings.
