Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in nonprofit, administrative activities.
• Workforce development and federal grant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Louisville Urban League, program participants, and host agencies to secure partnerships.
• Coordinate recruitment of participants and host agencies to meet performance measures.
• Assist with intake, orientations, enrollments, and related sessions for potential participants.
• Monitor participants at host sites, ensure Skill Development Plans compliance, and assess progress.
• Document program services and budget accountability; develop and maintain related records.
