Job summary

Urban League of Rochester is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Urban Construction Jobs Program (UCJP). You will ensure effective participant engagement, accurate data tracking, and grant compliance, while serving as the primary point of contact for program participants and providing administrative support to promote successful program outcomes.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, with experience in workforce development or nonprofit

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and data tracking strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with regulations related to program contracts and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily program operations in collaboration with internal staff and partners.
• Serve as primary contact for program participants and respond to questions on requirements, schedules, attendance, and stipends.
• Conduct participant intake including application screening, eligibility verification, orientation, and ongoing engagement.
