Qualifications

• At least three years of experience working with high school aged students in an urban setting.
• Experience in providing individual and group counseling to students with emotional and behavioral struggles.
• Accessible outside of work hours for students as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CST case manager and complete social history assessments.
• Provide individual and group counseling services mandated through IEP and 504 plans.
• Conduct classroom observations of students and communicate with school staff on scholar progress.
• Connect students and families to supports and services with outside agencies.
