Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is partnering with an urban school district to hire a full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. The contract runs August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with 35 hours per week and a fixed onsite schedule from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will deliver direct speech-language services to middle and high school students, collaborate on IEPs, conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain records per district and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license and CCC required.
• Experience in school settings with middle and high school populations.
• Urban district experience preferred.
• Familiarity with caseload management and IEP implementation.
• Ability to complete PA state clearances.
• Reliable transportation to and from the site.
• Onsite schedule 7:15 AM–4:00 PM; no schedule changes.
• Comfort with district and local area culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and faculty to devise and carry out IEPs.
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and monitor student progress.
• Document services and maintain records per district/state requirements.
• Contribute to building a positive and inclusive school climate.
