Role Summary

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting the company values.
• Initiates conversations, shares advice and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized way.
• Utilizes technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions, delivering a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using tools like MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup.

Teamwork & Communication

• Contributes positively, respectfully, and helpfully to the store environment.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and supporting team needs.
• Shows willingness to learn, adapt, and try new approaches.

Visual & Business Operations

• Maintains visual and operational standards, focusing on customer experience.
• Supports shipment processes, keeps aware of new and existing products, and contributes to order fulfillment.
• Adheres to safety standards, maintains inventory accuracy, reduces product loss, and follows company policies to support store profitability.

Pay Range
