Role Summary

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting the company's values.
• Initiates conversations, shares advice, and product knowledge to engage customers personally.
• Utilizes technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, delivering a seamless omni-channel shopping experience (e.g., MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pickup).

Teamwork & Communication

• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and supporting team needs.

Visual & Business Operations
