Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the store experience to life through personal style, authentic customer conversations, and a love for pop culture. You’ll engage shoppers, share product drops, and help maintain an inspiring, easy-to-shop space.

You’ll work on a team that values energy, curiosity, and collaboration, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. In-store tech supports multi-channel shopping, and employees enjoy product discounts and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort with fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
• Confidence in expressing personal style and enthusiasm for products.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying informed on product drops, trends, and in-store events.
• Create energy on the salesfloor through authentic conversations and enthusiasm for products.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping displays organized, restocked, and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers’ preferred shopping method—in-store or online.
• Stay curious and flexible, ready to jump in and learn as you go.

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
