Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Corte Madera, CA is seeking Brand Ambassadors who bring the store to life through authentic connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll help create an experience that feels fun, real, and uniquely UO.

Engage customers with genuine conversations, highlight drops and promotions, restock and style displays, and use in-store tech to support shopping across in-store or online channels.

Our Brand Ambassadors are the heart of the store, bringing Urban Outfitters to life through real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. Role Responsibilities

Bring the Brand to LifeShow up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
