Urban Outfitters is hiring Brand Ambassadors to bring the store to life with real connections, personal style, and a love for pop culture. You’ll help create an authentic, fun UO experience for customers at 1245 Worcester St, Natick, MA 01760, United States.

You’ll engage shoppers with genuine conversations, highlight drops, keep displays on-brand, and help customers shop in-store or online. Stay curious, flexible with scheduling, and ready to jump in where needed as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life by staying informed on product drops, trends, and in-store/online happenings.
• Create energy on the salesfloor by engaging customers with authentic conversations and product enthusiasm.
• Make shopping seamless by keeping the store organized, restocked, and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to assist customers who shop in-store, online, or hybrid.
• Stay curious and flexible, learning as you go in a dynamic environment.
• Work as a team, supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

Create the Energy on the SalesfloorEngage customers with authentic conversations, keep them informed about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you're genuinely excited about; your energy helps create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back

Make Shopping SeamlessHelp maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand

Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between

Stay Curious + FlexibleBe open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun

Pay Range

Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.
