Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, regional planning, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of closely related municipal experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary technical support to the City Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
• Oversee and coordinate land use permitting projects pursuant to the City’s Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations and Stormwater Ordinance.
• Serve as liaison to boards and committees and assist Planning Director with research, data collection and analysis, and grant administration.
• Assist with office administration and related duties as assigned.
