Job summary

Qualifications

• Identify urban tree species common to the Front Range of Colorado.
• Perform advanced arboricultural practices and tree management.
• Safely prune and remove trees using rope & saddle and aerial lift.

Responsibilities

• Prunes and removes trees to industry standards using rope, saddle, and aerial lifts.
• Operates equipment including chippers, stump grinders, backhoes, tractors, and aerial lifts.
• Coordinates with public, staff, contractors on project timelines and notifications.
• Maintains equipment, PPE, and inventory; supports forestry programs and events.
