A nationwide service organization is seeking Urban & Community Forestry Crew Members in Eugene, Oregon. Participants, aged 19-26, will engage in projects that enhance urban forests, such as tree planting and invasive plant management. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Crew members will receive an education award and living allowance upon successful completion of the program. Full-time commitment is required from 02/16/2026 to 12/18/2026.

Qualifications

• Be between 19 and 26 years of age.
• Commit to the full duration of the program from 02/16/2026 to 12/18/2026.
• Engage in physical outdoor work with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in urban forest health projects under supervision.
• Work toward completing projects on time and following safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with program staff and peers.
