Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Urban Design & Streetscape Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on transportation and public realm projects in the US. You will guide initiatives from concept through construction, delivering streetscapes, downtown revitalization, Complete Streets, parks, and community developments that enhance mobility and quality of life.

The role requires a relevant degree plus six years of experience, plus PM leadership and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning or related field.
• Six years of urban design or related project experience.
• Professional Engineer License, PLA, or AICP certifications, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience managing client relationships, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage urban design and landscape architecture projects from planning through construction administration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering public realm, streetscape, parks, and community development projects.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and client expectations.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and in line with quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle.
