Job summary

AECOM's Urbanism + Planning team in Orlando seeks a visionary Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Project Manager for the Orlando, FL and South Florida Studio. You will lead pursuit of high‑profile projects and grow the practice, advancing design excellence, project delivery, and staff mentoring.

The ideal candidate has a proven PM track record, strong client relationships, financial oversight, and knowledge of landscape architecture and urban design.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Landscape Architecture and 6 years of related site design/urban design experience or demonstrated equivalency including 2 years PM experience.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (FL).
• Experience managing landscape architecture and urban design or planning projects.
• U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s MVR.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit of high‑profile projects and grow AECOM’s urbanism practice in Central Florida.
• Build client relationships and pre‑position opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as Project Manager from inception through construction, ensuring design excellence and constructability.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Studio and Regional Leadership on project delivery, scope, budget, and schedule.
