Job summary

AECOM's Urbanism + Planning team seeks a visionary Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Project Manager for Orlando, FL and South Florida Studio. Lead pursuit of high-profile projects and mentor staff while advancing design excellence and project delivery.

This hybrid role requires at least 3 days in the office; candidates should have a BA/BS in Landscape Architecture, FL licensure, and proven PM experience with client relationships and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Landscape Architecture required.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (FL) preferred.
• 6+ years of site design and urban design experience with PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit of high-profile projects in urban design and landscape architecture.
• Manage projects from inception through construction with emphasis on design excellence.
• Develop client relationships and pre-position for opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and lead project delivery with budget oversight.
