• Demonstrated knowledge of CTE programs and services.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities across K-12, higher education, and community partners.
• Excellent oral and written communication across multiple platforms.
• Data-informed planning and continuous improvement in CTE contexts.

Responsibilities

• Adopt routines and expectations to support instructional outcomes and student growth.
• Provide administrative support to CTE students and staff, ensuring policy consistency.
• Serve as the primary administrator for daily operation of all Hill Center programs and work-based learning.
• Ensure CTE programs at Hill Center are rigorous, relevant, and technologically up-to-date.
• Assist in planning and implementing professional development and CTE initiatives aligned with district goals.
• Identify, collect, and maintain records related to CTE program operations.
• Conduct classroom walk-throughs and provide teacher feedback.
• Provide leadership to Hill Center programs to meet guidelines and requirements.
• Assist in hiring qualified CTE staff.
• Support MTSS implementation to improve college and career readiness.
• Develop and manage assigned CTE budgets and purchasing procedures.
• Communicate with partnering CTE programs and centers.
• Other duties as assigned.
