Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes calls related to precertification requests.
• Verifies accuracy of patient, provider, and facility information in the system.
• Enters notes and service requests in the CareMC system.
• Communicates with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
