Job summary

Universal Health Services' Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System in Radcliff, KY seeks a UR Coordinator to perform admission and ongoing stay reviews for the patient population served.

You will gather admission data, verify benefits, review charts, and relay findings to the treatment team while coordinating with on-site external reviewers. This role supports care continuity in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license to practice in Kentucky (RN or LPN).
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology required or preferred.
• Experience in Utilization Management is preferred.
• Current CPR or BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

• Obtains admission information from Intake Office and verification data from Business Office.
• Reviews chart and conducts concurrent reviews with third-party payors.
• Communicates results of reviews to the treatment team.
• Serves as liaison to on-site external reviews.

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is a 140-bed hospital offering inpatient services for adolescents, adults, military, veterans and first responders. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System has a spacious cafeteria, gymnasium, art/activity room, group rooms, classrooms and other areas to create a pleasant atmosphere for patients and their families. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System’s quality services are provided by psychiatrists, licensed therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors, activity therapists and teachers.
