Job summary

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team serving adolescents, adults, military, veterans and first responders. You will provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care across the treatment milieu and address physical, social, and behavioral needs of each patient.

The role involves administering medications per physician orders within established nursing policies and collaborating with a professional team to support recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Kentucky (or eligible to receive/renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for:

• Providing professional nursing care, using the nursing process, to patients within the treatment milieu (child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric), according to the Standards of Nursing Practice and Care.
• The Registered Nurse assists in patient nursing care to meet the spiritual, emotional, and physiological need of patients served.
• This position involves the administration of medications and treatment in accordance with physician orders and established nursing policies and procedures.
