Job summary

Dallas College seeks a Grants Program Coordinator to develop, implement, and monitor TRIO Upward Bound-EFC grant activities. You will coordinate student applications, track outcomes, and collaborate with schools and community partners to ensure compliance and success.

The role requires strong grant knowledge, financial analysis, and excellent communication. Some positions may move to hybrid work after six months; on-site presence is required at Eastfield Campus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; three years of grant coordination and/or programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of grant funding policies and applicable regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports or projections.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the support services and programs to assist grant participants.
• Administers student applications, including receipts, evaluation and communication with applicants and schools.
• Develops, implements and monitors internal schedules to produce accurate and timely reports.
• Monitors grant information for parents and participants and coordinates with partners.
• Manages processes for the grant program including applications, funding sources, and evaluations.
