Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• One year experience with low-income, first-generation and minority students; understanding of collegiate academic and financial procedures.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Upward Bound Program.
• Maintain all University and Federal DOE records for the program.
• Meet all DOE requirements for continued funding of the grant.
• Develop activities for the next funding cycle.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff reporting to the Director.
• Manage the Upward Bound budget.
