Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Prescott campus seeks an Upward Bound Director to lead the federally funded TRIO program and guide academic-year and summer activities for students preparing for postsecondary education.

The role oversees grant administration, fiscal management, staff supervision, and program assessment, collaborating with university stakeholders, community partners, and federal agencies to improve outcomes and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in student support, grant management, and program management.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and staff development skills; ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate academic and student development programming.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate academic and student development programming.
• Oversee grant administration, fiscal management, and reporting.
• Lead staff development and supervision of Upward Bound personnel.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, partners, and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Education TRIO program requirements.
