Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's in Education or related field required.
• Two years experience with TRIO programs or similar projects.
• Three years experience with federal TRIO programs and staff supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct implementation of Upward Bound goals and activities.
• Coordinate college visits, leadership and cultural activities, and summer residential academy.
• Supervise staff and manage recruiting, training, and budgeting processes.
• Ensure data collection and reporting for the annual performance report to the US Department of Education.
• Maintain compliance with university, system, and federal requirements.
