Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area; degree must be conferred by start date.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience allowed.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in education, counseling, communications, project management; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and outreach to enroll eligible 8th–12th grade participants.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for students, families, staff and faculty.
• Develop education plans; deliver counseling; guide goal setting and university policies.
