Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is hiring part-time and full-time Key Holders for our Uptown Cheapskate Pineville location in Charlotte, NC. You’ll help keep the store organized, greet customers, price items, and ring up sales while supporting social media posts and daily operations.

The role offers growth potential within SRG’s network of locations, a flexible schedule, and a strong team-driven environment with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty
• Opening and closing tasks (closing down systems, nightly reports, opening/closing tills)

We're looking for part time and full time Key Holders to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Pineville location.

Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.
