Uptown Cheapskate Pembroke, operated by Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), is seeking reliable Key Holders for part-time and full-time roles. You will help customers, manage inventory, and maintain an engaging store environment at 363 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach.

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Presort incoming clothing, shoes, and accessories from vendors.
• Operate POS system to purchase in and price items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang items for display.

• Support social media posting and store marketing efforts.
• Merchandise inventory to keep the store visually appealing.
• Handle opening/closing tasks and nightly reports as needed.

We’re looking for part time and full time Key Holders to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Pembroke location.

Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
• Opening and closing tasks (closing down systems, nightly reports, opening/closing tills)
