Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate Winston Salem location, operated by Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), is seeking dependable team members to join as Key Holders. You will assist customers, price merchandise, and help keep the store organized and welcoming.

Join a collaborative team with growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and benefits. You’ll be part of a network of nearly 30 locations and contribute to a vibrant, shopper-friendly environment in Winston-Salem.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience handling cash and operating a register.
• Ability to organize, tag and price merchandise.
• Willingness to work weekends and a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
• Comfort with social media posting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to customers; maintain the store vibe.
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories from vendors.
• Use the computer system to buy in and price items.
• Organize racks; tag and hang clothing.
• Ring up customers; teach them how to sell to us.
• Create posts for social media pages.
• Merchandise; ensure store looks presentable.
• Handle opening and closing tasks and tills.

We’re looking for part time and full time Key Holders to join the team at our Uptown Cheapskate Winston Salem location.

Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything
• Presort incoming clothes, shoes, and accessories brought in from vendors (people from the community who want to sell to us)
• Use our computer system to buy in and price incoming items
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Merchandise! Organize clothing, handbags, and shoes, make the store look pretty!
• Opening and closing tasks (closing down systems, nightly reports, opening/closing tills)
