Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Reliability Technician to keep production lines running safely. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems, and support start-up and modifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role, plus the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing/industrial/food production maintenance role.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, adjustments, and scheduled repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems quickly.
• Respond to emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Document work orders and equipment history accurately.
• Assist with equipment installs, modifications, testing, and start-up.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality on reliability improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
• Support plant shutdowns, changeovers, and special projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following procedures.
