Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Indiana is seeking an Industrial Reliability Maintenance Technician to keep equipment safe, stable, and running at peak efficiency. You’ll start with preventive maintenance, inspect lines, and coordinate with production to prioritize work that yields the biggest uptime impact.

This hands-on role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, basic electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to read manuals and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on preventive maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and work orders; proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing assets to avoid unplanned downtime.
• Inspect machinery for wear, damage, misalignment, and early signs of failure.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Replace components including bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, seals, pumps, valves, and hoses.
• Lubricate equipment and complete routine care to extend service life.
• Close out maintenance work orders with accurate notes, parts used, and time spent.
• Assist with equipment installations, plant improvement projects, and urgent/emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with production and the maintenance team to reduce downtime and boost reliability.
• Champion safety-always follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and site safety procedures.
