Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our 2nd shift manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment and facility systems. You’ll keep the plant running safely and efficiently, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include repairing production equipment and support systems, performing preventative maintenance, reading blueprints, and coordinating with production teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 year technical degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Machine Shop, Hydraulics, Water Treatment Systems, or Power Transmission
• OR 5+ years of equivalent maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and plumbing knowledge
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics
• Good organizational and basic math skills
• Comfortable using computers and maintenance tracking systems
• Reliable, regular attendance and a strong safety mindset

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, forklifts, pallet trucks, and related machinery
• Supporting facility systems, including water tanks, chillers, compressors, oil temperature controllers, filters, and electrical systems
• Performing fabrication and welding work (machinery components, gates, guards, etc.)
• Operating shop equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
• Assisting with general facility upkeep, such as replacing bulbs/ballasts, moving furniture, cleaning equipment, and maintaining exterior areas
• Tracking daily activities, parts usage, and maintenance records in ERP system
• Partnering with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Supporting and following our QMS standards
