Job summary

Berco of America seeks a Maintenance & Reliability Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment to achieve safe, reliable operations and maximize uptime. You will work with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to meet production and safety targets.

Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and maintaining tools and spare parts. A high school diploma and technical training are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• Experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve equipment reliability, availability, and performance.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery.
• Set up machines and verify operation within parameters.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Analyze recurring failures and drive root cause actions.
• Support OEE improvement and TPM initiatives.
• Maintain facilities and utilities for production.
• Assist in spare parts management and inventory control.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement culture.
