Job summary

We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to strategically oversee maintenance services for operations. You will direct maintenance staff, coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all machines, and supervise facilities and utility systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience, strong leadership and communication. Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional extended hours; starting pay $75,000–$110,000, plus benefits and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage maintenance for equipment, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Direct maintenance staff and coordinate installation and upgrades.
• Monitor downtime and drive data-driven decisions to minimize downtime.
• Manage department budget and expenditures.
