Job summary

We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems. The role focuses on keeping production lines running smoothly.

Starting pay is $23 to $34 per hour, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule; extended hours may be required. A high school diploma or GED and 4+ years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years' maintenance experience.
• Maintain, inspect and repair machinery and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues by listening to equipment.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Diagnoses problems and discusses operation variation with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machine.
• Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.
