Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical experience.
• Ability to travel between data center locations as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including days, nights, or weekends.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical/Mechanical fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and life-safety equipment.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS).
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within SLAs.
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning within SLA.
• Execute PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repairs on electrical/mechanical gear.
• Contribute to change management documentation.
• Coordinate on-site with contractors and vendors and ensure work meets standards.
• Work shifts up to 12 hours and may rotate; some locations require on-call rotations.
• Role may support multiple locations/sites.
