Job summary

Plantible Foods is seeking a production-focused team member for our Upstream Processing group. You will support core GMP-compliant manufacturing activities, work with USP Supervisors and cross-functional partners, and help maintain safe, accurate daily workflows.

Expect to become cross-trained across USP focus areas and contribute to continuous improvement. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, participate in training, and adapt to multiple shifts while upholding Plantible’s values

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety, compliance, and GMP standards.
• Ability to learn quickly and execute procedures with accuracy.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, biotech, roustabout work, or construction.
• Demonstrate leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and document deviations clearly.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork.
• Continuous improvement mindset with reliability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate time reporting by clocking in/out consistently.
• Following all GMP, PPE, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Completing required training and being available for multiple shifts.
• Reading, understanding, and executing SOPs and Batch Records (BRs).
• Filling out batch records and documenting deviations when they occur.
• Becoming proficient in one USP unit operation within 60 days.
• Identifying equipment and explaining function, infrastructure, and flow.
• Reporting errors or opportunities and elevating issues to the USP Supervisor.
• Staying task-oriented and driving incremental process improvements.
• Promoting a respectful, professional work environment aligned with values.
• Collaborating with facility, maintenance, and construction teams.
• Participating in standard and non-standard tasks as assigned.
• Becoming cross-trained across USP focus areas.
