As a strategic expert in Knee Arthroplasty, Robotics and Digital Surgery, you will shape the portfolio and roadmap, partner with R&D and Commercial teams, and drive global commercialization efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Orthopaedics (kneearthroplasty expertise required), and Robotics or Surgical Navigation.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional initiatives from concept through commercialization.

• Serve as strategic commercial leader in Knee Arthroplasty, Robotics, and Digital Surgery.
• Lead upstream marketing activities supporting the New Product Development process.
• Engage surgeon teams and manage cross‑functional initiatives.
• Translate insights into product requirements, business cases, and growth opportunities.
• Define and maintain a multigenerational product and technology roadmap.
