You will partner with field operations and contractors to improve uptime, reduce costs, and support disciplined growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years in upstream facilities or production engineering, plus proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of upstream facilities, process, or production engineering experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Excel-based calculations.

Aufgaben

• Design and specify surface facilities including wellsites, tanks, compression, and water handling with cost discipline.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, datasheets, and bid packages.
• Manage facility projects from concept through construction, commissioning, and startup with budgets and schedules.
• Evaluate facilities on acquisitions and support integration of assets.
• Troubleshoot field equipment, bottlenecks, and process upsets with field ops teams.
