Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science-based discipline.
• Experience in sales engineering, quoting, or technical sales support.
• Ability to coordinate across multi-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and timely completion of custom hardware quotations for Upstream Bioprocessing solutions.
• Create and manage the necessary technical data to complete custom proposal packages.
• Review RFQs for custom products and provide a comprehensive response meeting KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Custom HW Engineering Team to develop required technical data and documentation.
• Apply project management to drive task completion and reduce response time while ensuring quality.
