Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, seeks an Upstream Product Quote Engineer to join the Custom Upstream and Product Enablement team in Marlboro, MA on-site. You will lead quotations for Upstream Bioprocessing solutions, compiling technical data and documentation for proposals, and coordinating with engineering and sales to deliver timely responses.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2+ years in technical sales support, strong communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales engineering or technical sales support.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to manage complex projects and conduct risk assessments.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and timely completion of custom hardware quotations for Upstream Bioprocessing solutions.
• Create and manage the technical data for custom proposal packages.
• Review RFQs for custom products and provide timely comprehensive responses.
• Collaborate with Custom HW Engineering to develop data and documentation packages.
• Apply project management to drive task completion and reduce response time.
