Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Upstream Product Quote Engineer to join the Duncan, SC team onsite. Lead design activities, produce CAD assemblies and BOMs, and coordinate with the commercial team to meet product requirements.

You will ensure proper documentation for transfer to manufacturing and supply chain, and provide quotes for customized designs. The role emphasizes CAD proficiency, strong communication, and project management to drive timely, compliant solutions in a life

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of design experience and CAD tools.
Excellent communications skills and demonstrated team coordination across multifunctional teams.
Ability to manage complex projects, conduct risk assessments, and implement contingency plans.
Ability to understand issues from a customer’s perspective and communicate priorities.

Responsibilities

Create and detail assembly drawings and bills of materials from sketches or concepts using 2D/3D CAD.
Collaborate with commercial and other engineers to capture product requirements.
Ensure documentation for transfer to manufacturing and supply chain is complete.
Provide quotations for approved customized designs and release products via ECR/ECO.
Review design work of others including layout, form, fit, materials, and dimensions.
