Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Custom Upstream Consumables Manager based in Duncan, SC. You will lead a team of Custom Engineers, drive accountability to meet project goals, and partner with Commercial, Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Manufacturing to translate customer requirements into timely, competitive solutions.

This on-site role requires a strong project-management background, technical understanding of custom consumables, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in engineering, sales, or operations roles.
• At least 2 years experience as a team lead or in an alternate leadership role.
• Familiarity with digital systems including Magic, Salesforce, Windchill, and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Custom Engineers on key initiatives and projects.
• Support Commercial activities and be the champion for single-use designs and quotes.
• Ensure on-time submission of drawings and quotes meeting SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Develop and track KPIs related to turnaround time, quality, and commitments.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and resource allocation for responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Custom Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Manufacturing.
