Biogen in Research Triangle Park is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate II to support upstream cell culture operations in a 2-2-3 schedule. You'll help prepare bioreactors, run filtration and harvest steps, and ensure proper documentation in a cGMP setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field with relevant experience.
• BioWorks certificate or an associate's degree with related experience.
• High School diploma with at least 0.5 years direct experience in GMP setting.
• Previous experience in a GxP environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work on rotating shifts.
• Strong documentation and data integrity skills.
• Understanding of aseptic technique and cleanroom practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bioreactors by executing automated CIP/SIP recipes using DeltaV.
• Perform filtration, centrifugation, and harvest operations.
• Calibrate pH and DO probes during bioreactor prep.
• Inoculate bioreactors across multiple scales.
• Support cell growth operations, including media feeds and process additions.
• Conduct routine sampling and in-process testing to monitor product quality.
• Document activities per cGMP and SOP requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Engineering teams.
