Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Associate Manufacturing- Technical Training – Upstream Bulk Drug Substance at its North Carolina biologics site. The role focuses on developing and delivering training and promoting the Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) philosophy across the ANC manufacturing plant.

The position reports to the Senior Manager of the MFG Technical Training team, supporting 24/7 operations, investigations, and change controls with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in a science/engineering field.
• Bachelor's with 6 months manufacturing/operations experience or higher.
• Associates with 2 years manufacturing/operations experience or higher.
• High school diploma with 4 years manufacturing/operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the manufacturing training strategy to ensure readiness and efficiency.
• Provide training expertise for MFG areas (cell culture, purification, MFG services).
• Lead New Hire Orientation and keep content current and relevant.
