Job summary

WonderWorks Orlando is seeking Admissions Attendants to warmly welcome guests and guide them through the upside-down building. You will handle ticketing information, process payments, and upsell add-ons to enhance guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a fun, educational attraction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Observational skills to ensure safety and guest needs.
• Ability to process cash and operate a POS system accurately.
• Availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and interact with guests as they enter and exit.
• Answer guest questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process transactions through POS with proper cash handling.
• Upsell tickets and add-ons at the point of sale.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per WonderWorks standards.
• Follow checklists for required duties and timelines.
• Address complaints and refer unresolved issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
